- • Own the top-of-funnel for one of the fastest-growing B2B SaaS unicorns in Latin America. You will be the first human touchpoint for C-level, VP, and Director-level prospects at brands like Samsung, Nike, L’Oréal, Nestlé, IKEA, and Domino’s, introducing them to Insider One’s AI-powered Customer Data Platform and omnichannel engagement suite. Your voice and message set the tone for every deal that follows.
- • Run a high-volume, high-precision outbound motion every single day: 60–80 strategic cold calls, 40–50 laser-focused emails, and creative social touches on LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and Twitter. You will research each target account, map the full decision-maker committee, and craft hyper-relevant messaging that speaks directly to their KPIs—whether that is increasing e-commerce conversion, reducing churn, unifying siloed customer data, or launching hyper-personalized campaigns at scale.
- • Build and defend a qualified pipeline worth USD 1–2 M per quarter by turning ice-cold leads into red-hot Sales-Qualified Leads (SQLs). You will run tight discovery calls, surface pain points with surgical questions, quantify business impact in dollars and days, and tee up our Account Executives with airtight hand-offs, crisp agendas, and a crystal-clear path to close.
- • Collaborate daily with Marketing, Sales Engineering, and Customer Success to iterate on messaging, battlecards, and objection-handling playbooks. You will A/B test subject lines, call openers, cadence timing, and channel mix, feeding real-time market intelligence back to the team so we stay two steps ahead of competitors like Braze, Salesforce, and Adobe.
- • Master our best-in-class tech stack—Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Gong, and our own Insider One platform—to log every activity, track multi-threaded engagement, and forecast with surgical accuracy. You will maintain 100 % CRM hygiene so leadership can see exactly how your efforts translate to revenue, and Finance can model cash-flow impact down to the peso.
- • Immerse yourself in continuous, measurable learning: weekly AI labs where we dissect the latest generative-AI prompts, Spanish-English language labs to sharpen bilingual pitches, objection-handling clinics led by our top closers, and peer shadowing with performers who regularly exceed 150 % quota. 🎯 Requirements
- • 1–3 years of quota-carrying outbound SaaS sales experience with a proven record of hitting or exceeding 100 % of target
- • Native or near-native Spanish and professional fluency in English (C1+) to converse seamlessly with LATAM and global stakeholders
- • Demonstrated ability to manage 60+ daily outbound activities across phone, email, and social while maintaining meticulous CRM hygiene
- • Data-driven mindset: comfortable building your own reports in Salesforce or HubSpot and iterating based on conversion metrics
- • Nice-to-have: prior experience selling CDP, marketing-automation, or e-commerce tech; familiarity with MEDDICC or similar qualification methodology
