- • Run daily performance diagnostics in Ads Manager, Google Sheets, and Triple Whale. You’ll update live profitability dashboards, flag anomalies before they hurt ROAS, and translate raw numbers into clear, actionable insights for the Head of Growth and creative team.
- • Launch, test, and scale campaigns with military precision. From naming conventions and URL parameters to CBO vs. ABO structures, you’ll build bullet-proof ad sets, iterate creative angles weekly, and move winning concepts from $50/day tests to $5k+ daily spends without performance decay.
- • Partner with the creative squad to brief thumb-stopping static, video, and UGC assets. You’ll translate audience pain points into shot lists, review storyboards in Figma, and ensure every visual passes the “premium fashion” vibe check before it ever hits the feed.
- • Map quarterly launch calendars around product drops, seasonal collections, and cultural moments. You’ll build 90-day testing roadmaps that balance evergreen prospecting with hype-day bursts, ensuring inventory, landing pages, and email flows are perfectly synchronized.
- • Future-proof growth by piloting TikTok Ads, Pinterest, and whatever platform pops next. You’ll replicate winning Meta frameworks, adapt creative specs, and document SOPs so the playbook scales faster than iOS updates can break it.
- • Leverage AI tools (Midjourney, ChatGPT, Motion, Revealbot) to automate reporting, generate fresh ad angles, and surface bid or budget optimizations 24/7. You’ll teach the team how to use these toys responsibly and keep us two steps ahead of competitors still doing everything manually.
- • Collaborate with retention marketing to align paid spend with Klaviyo flows. You’ll suppress recent purchasers, sync audiences for VIP launches, and build look-back windows that make every email/SMS send feel like a personalized DM from the brand’s founder.
- • Champion a culture of experimentation. You’ll run multivariate creative tests, geo-lift studies, and post-purchase surveys to validate attribution, then present findings in Loom videos that even the CEO can understand (and actually watch).
- • Protect brand integrity like a hawk. Whether it’s a meme-worthy Reel or a polished catalog ad, you’ll ensure fonts, color palettes, and tone of voice scream luxury—because one off-brand creative can undo months of community goodwill.
- • Stay ahead of platform policy changes, iOS updates, and privacy regulations. You’ll translate legal jargon into plain-English briefs and adjust tracking, UTMs, and CAPI events so we never lose signal or get shut down on launch day.
- • Mentor junior media buyers and virtual assistants. You’ll record SOPs in ClickUp, host bi-weekly “Ad Therapy” sessions, and build a knowledge base that lets the team scale without you burning out.
