• • As a Marketing Operations Analyst at Xapo Limited, you will play a key role in supporting marketing initiatives that drive member acquisition, retention, and engagement, ensuring marketing efforts are efficient, well-coordinated, and aligned with broader business objectives in a fully remote, global environment.
• • Day to day, you will support the coordination of marketing resources and priorities, assist in planning and tracking marketing projects, monitor and report on campaign performance, help create and update project plans and documentation, collaborate across teams to ensure alignment, assist with vendor contract management, perform administrative tasks, ensure data accuracy in marketing processes, conduct research for briefs, stay updated on industry and fintech/crypto marketing trends, document and refine marketing processes, implement tools to streamline workflows, and maintain brand consistency across initiatives.
