  • • As a Partner Sales Lead for the APAC region, you will be at the forefront of driving Notion's expansion and success through strategic partnerships. This is a unique opportunity to join our founding sales team in Sydney, bringing an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for building to a rapidly growing SaaS company. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our partner sales and customer success strategies, directly influencing our product roadmap, and significantly contributing to our revenue growth.
  • • Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute the APAC Partner Sales strategy, working in close alignment with our global teams to ensure a cohesive and effective approach. This involves identifying, recruiting, and nurturing relationships with resale partners, acting as their primary point of contact and advocate within Notion.
  • • You will collaborate closely with our direct sales teams to ensure that regional sales goals are met and exceeded. This cross-functional synergy is crucial for maximizing our market penetration and achieving ambitious revenue targets.
  • • A key aspect of your role will involve working hand-in-hand with internal teams, including Marketing, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success. This collaborative effort is designed to empower our partners and unlock their full potential for revenue generation, ensuring they have the resources and support needed to thrive.
  • • You will be responsible for creating comprehensive goals and strategic sales and marketing plans tailored to each partner. This will involve regular business reviews to monitor progress, identify areas for improvement, and adapt strategies to continuously enhance performance and outcomes.
  • • Supporting partners in their co-marketing initiatives will be another vital function. This includes providing product collateral, facilitating webinars, and coordinating participation in events to amplify our joint reach and impact.
  • • Maintaining strong, executive-level relationships with our partners is paramount. This involves understanding their business objectives, providing strategic guidance, and ensuring a mutually beneficial partnership that drives long-term success.
  • • Ultimately, your efforts will directly contribute to growing Notion's business across the APAC region through the power of effective partner collaboration. You will be instrumental in building a robust and scalable partner ecosystem that supports our global mission.
  • • This role demands a proactive and hands-on approach, embracing the inherent ambiguity and fast-paced iteration characteristic of an early-stage startup. Your ability to adapt, learn, and drive initiatives will be key to your success.

  • • The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the SaaS/IT partner ecosystem within the APAC region. Experience with a "PLG" (Product-Led Growth) SaaS business model would be a significant advantage, providing valuable insights into modern go-to-market strategies.
  • • You will leverage your extensive experience in direct and/or partner sales, preferably within the SaaS/IT sector, to build and scale our partner program effectively.
  • • Your ability to collaborate seamlessly across all Go-To-Market (GTM) teams, including sales, marketing, and product, will be critical for success. This cross-functional alignment ensures a unified approach to partner engagement and revenue generation.
