📋 Description

• • Community Marketing Manager at Koho Financial Inc. responsible for building and managing the company’s community presence across Reddit, Trustpilot, and other social channels while creating a VIP user program that gives real customers a voice in product development.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include managing and growing the Reddit community, monitoring and responding to Trustpilot reviews, creating organic social content (static, video, memes, UGC), collaborating with a creative agency on asset sourcing and approval, maintaining a content calendar, designing and managing a VIP user program for beta testing and feedback, and planning and executing virtual and in-person community events.
