- • Senior Performance Marketer responsible for driving user acquisition and scaling paid media campaigns to support EverAI’s mission of growing its AI companionship platform from 50M to 100M users in 12 months and beyond.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include owning and scaling paid acquisition channels (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, etc.), running high-velocity creative and audience testing, analyzing performance via GA4 and Voluum, optimizing landing pages and funnels, managing media partnerships, and building automation systems for efficient campaign scaling.
- • EverAI is a fast-growing, fully remote AI company with ~75 employees, backed by a founding team with proven success in scaling startups to IPO, building the world’s largest AI companionship platform with 50M+ users and a proprietary safety system (EverGuard) ensuring ethical AI development.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in performance marketing at scale, lead data-driven creative and funnel optimization, influence strategic growth decisions, and contribute to breaking user acquisition records in a high-impact, innovative environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4–10+ years of experience in performance marketing or user acquisition
- • Proven track record managing $300K to $1M+/month in paid media spend
- • Hands-on experience with Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, ASA, or native advertising platforms
- • Strong analytical skills with fluency in GA4, Voluum, tracking, and dashboard-based reporting
- • Ability to write creative briefs, analyze hooks, and iterate quickly based on performance
