• • As Director of Performance Marketing at Nue, Inc., you will own and scale the company’s acquisition engine across paid and organic channels, directly impacting revenue growth and customer acquisition efficiency. This role is critical to building a scalable, AI-first growth engine that drives measurable pipeline and revenue impact.
• • Day to day, you will lead SEM strategy and budget allocation, own SEO and AEO programs, manage paid social and third-party media buys, oversee OOH and non-digital channels, optimize conversion paths across website and landing pages, build performance dashboards, leverage AI tools for campaign optimization, and partner with Growth, Content, and RevOps teams to align on strategy and execution.
• • Nue is an AI-powered revenue architecture platform that unifies CPQ, billing, and revenue lifecycle management, working with industry leaders like OpenAI, Chilipiper, Glean, HootSuite, and Mews to enable sales, operations, and finance teams to accelerate revenue and gain operational control at scale.
• • In this role, you will develop expertise in AI-driven marketing automation, full-funnel performance optimization, cross-channel attribution, and revenue-focused growth strategy — positioning yourself as a leader in modern, data-centric performance marketing while shaping Nue’s acquisition engine for long-term scale.
