📋 Description
- • The Director of Performance Marketing is a high-impact individual contributor role responsible for owning and scaling One Model’s paid and organic growth engine, directly influencing pipeline efficiency, conversion rates, and ROI through strategic execution and data-driven optimization.
- • Day to day, the role involves owning paid media strategy and execution across LinkedIn, Google, YouTube, Reddit, and emerging platforms; designing and running experiments on targeting, creative, bidding, and landing pages; allocating and optimizing budgets for maximum ROI; building performance dashboards connecting spend to pipeline and revenue; ensuring attribution accuracy with RevOps; leading optimization loops to improve conversion rates; partnering with Product and Marketing on SEO, AEO, and CRO initiatives; collaborating on ABM strategy with Sales and Growth teams; and acting as a strategic partner across Marketing to influence messaging, campaign strategy, and targeting.
- • One Model Inc. is a B2B SaaS company focused on HR Tech, where paid acquisition is a core growth lever. The Marketing team is cross-functional and collaborative, valuing data-driven decision-making, experimentation, and scalable systems. This role operates remotely but requires residency in either Eastern (ET) or Pacific (PT) time zones to facilitate real-time collaboration.
- • In this role, the person will develop deep expertise in B2B performance marketing at scale, build repeatable systems for campaign execution and optimization, gain visibility into full-funnel attribution and pipeline impact, contribute meaningfully to the evolution of an ABM program, and sharpen their ability to translate performance data into executive-level insights and strategic recommendations.
🎯 Requirements
- • 6–10+ years of experience in performance marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS or HR Tech
- • Deep, hands-on expertise in LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads, with experience in additional or emerging channels (e.g., Reddit, YouTube)
- • Strong track record of improving paid efficiency metrics (CTR, CVR, CAC, pipeline ROI)
- • Proven ability to design and run experimentation frameworks and optimization cycles
- • Experience building or contributing to ABM programs in complex B2B environments
- • Solid understanding of SEO, CRO, and modern web UX best practices
