- • As Director of Pricing and Monetization at Madhive, you will lead the strategic development and execution of pricing and packaging strategies that directly impact revenue growth and profitability for a leading independent operating system powering local media at national scale. This role is critical to optimizing monetization across Madhive’s platform, which serves over 30,000 small and medium businesses daily, ensuring pricing models are data-driven, market-responsive, and aligned with product innovation and sales execution.
- • You will own the end-to-end pricing lifecycle, including conducting quantitative and qualitative market research, building financial models, designing incentive programs, creating executive-facing dashboards in Looker and Excel, and delivering actionable insights to senior leadership. Your work will simplify complex pricing structures, support new product launches, and enhance cross-functional collaboration with Product, Sales, Finance, and Customer Success teams to drive consistent, profitable deal execution.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, or another quantitative field
- • 8+ years of experience in Pricing and Monetization within the Media or AdTech industry, including at least 5 years in a leadership role with proven success managing multi-product portfolios and usage-based pricing models
- • Advanced proficiency in Excel for data analysis and modeling, strong knowledge of Looker for visualization, and expertise in PowerPoint for executive presentations; familiarity with Salesforce is a strong plus
