📋 Description

• The Director of Product decides what to build next and ensures it drives real results for customers by turning customer behavior, support signals, and usage data into clear product direction across multiple product areas.
• Day to day, the role involves defining product direction, analyzing customer usage, advocating for end users, partnering with Operating Company Presidents to translate insights into priorities, using AI tools to prototype and test ideas, and shaping requirements with engineering to ensure decisions result in shipped product.
• The company, Acquisition Holdings LLC, has strong distribution and customer access through Acquisition.com, and faces the challenge of making better product decisions rather than generating demand. This is a hands-on, founding product role without a mature PM team to manage.
• The person will learn to use AI as a core tool for rapid prototyping and iteration, gain experience in early-stage product building, develop strong product judgment on what to build and what not to build, and directly impact customer retention, engagement, and outcomes through data-informed decisions.
