📋 Description

• Lead and scale the product function within a high-growth B2B SaaS organisation, reporting to the Chief Product Officer and driving product execution, strategic alignment, and enterprise customer engagement.
• Own day-to-day product execution, evolve product management practices, oversee Agile/Scrum processes, and ensure delivery aligns with strategic objectives across distributed teams.
• Partner with senior leadership including the Chief Product Officer and Chief Technology Officer to translate vision into actionable roadmaps, align product priorities with business goals, and contribute to strategic planning.
• Work directly with key enterprise customers to lead product alignment on critical client projects, translate requirements into scalable capabilities, and act as a senior product representative in customer discussions.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success leaders to ensure cohesive product development and go-to-market execution, serving as a central point of cross-functional coordination.
• Establish and scale best-in-class product management processes and governance, improve delivery predictability and resource planning, and drive continuous improvement across the product lifecycle.
• Lead customer discovery and feedback initiatives, ground product decisions in customer needs and market dynamics, and balance immediate delivery with long-term strategy.
• Define, implement, and track key product and growth metrics, embed a data-driven approach to prioritisation and decision making, and provide clear reporting to leadership stakeholders.
• Champion modern tools including AI to improve product workflows and delivery efficiency, identify automation opportunities, and enhance speed and quality through improved tooling.
• Build strong working relationships with enterprise customers and internal stakeholders, ensure transparency on roadmap and priorities, and improve delivery predictability while reducing rework.
• Successfully support delivery of key enterprise customer initiatives, strengthen requirements quality and execution discipline, and implement data-driven frameworks for product decision making.
• Deliver strategic product initiatives aligned to customer and business needs, maintain strong alignment across executive and cross-functional stakeholders, and build scalable product processes to support continued growth.
