📋 Description

• As Director of Product, Credit at Brigit Inc., you will unify the company's core financial products—Instant Cash, Line of Credit, Credit Builder, and Payments—to break down silos and create a compounding member experience that drives financial health for everyday Americans.
• You will own the unified product strategy and roadmap, lead the responsible scaling of the Line of Credit from beta to core product, renew the thesis for Credit Builder, and build scalable platform infrastructure where it delivers long-term value.
• Brigit is a holistic financial health company recognized as a top workplace by Built In, Fast Company, Business Insider, and Forbes, dedicated to helping members avoid unfair fees, spend wisely, and build credit through transparent, fair financial products.
• You will lead, mentor, and develop a team of product managers across products at different lifecycle stages, fostering a culture of user empathy, business rigor, accountability, and experimentation while ensuring all strategies stay ahead of regulatory and compliance requirements.
