📋 Description

• As Director of Product Management at Trustengine Inc., you will serve as the operational center of gravity for product execution, enabling the VP of Product to focus on long-term strategy while you drive day-to-day delivery of the MortgageCoach AI Creator and platform.
• You will own the end-to-end product lifecycle for key initiatives—gathering customer feedback, writing specifications, leading sprint planning, managing roadmap execution, and ensuring cross-functional alignment across engineering, customer success, and sales teams.
• Trustengine is a fast-growing mortgage technology company at an inflection point, having recently launched an AI-powered borrower presentation tool and pursuing an aggressive roadmap toward building a category-defining platform in the mortgage tech space.
• In this role, you will develop leadership and strategic execution skills by owning complex product delivery, influencing senior leadership, and shaping how product decisions are made—positioning you for greater impact in product strategy and organizational leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in product management, with at least 2 years operating at a principal or director level
• Proven track record of owning and shipping product in a B2B SaaS environment
• Experience running customer sessions, discovery programs, or formal feedback loops
• Has led or directly managed other PMs, or has operated as the de facto product lead on a significant product line
• Mortgage or fintech industry experience is a meaningful plus
