• • As Director of Program Management Office (PMO - Implementation) at Nue, Inc., you will build and lead a best-in-class project management function responsible for delivery execution, governance, and consistency across all customer implementations, directly impacting the company’s ability to scale revenue operations for modern SaaS and subscription-based businesses.
• • Day to day, you will lead, mentor, and scale a global team of Project Managers; establish and enforce delivery standards and governance; manage resource planning and prioritization; act as an escalation point for high-risk implementations; build and optimize PMO processes and reporting frameworks; track and improve key metrics like delivery timelines, utilization, margins, and CSAT; partner with Solutions Architects and technical teams; drive continuous improvement in implementation playbooks; leverage AI and automation to improve project delivery operations; own relationships with system integrators and implementation partners; recruit, onboard, and enable new partners; define partner delivery standards and certification programs; collaborate with Sales and Alliances on partner strategy; partner with Sales on scoping, resourcing, and SOW alignment; work closely with Customer Success on handoffs and adoption; and provide feedback to Product based on implementation insights.
