- • Your primary responsibility will be to serve as the dedicated owner for client setup, intricate system configuration, precise reporting alignment, and continuous RCM optimization, guaranteeing that every client is fully operational, structurally sound, and strategically positioned for success from the very beginning of their engagement.
- • This pivotal role demands a unique blend of deep expertise in revenue cycle management, advanced analytical capabilities, and robust operational leadership, enabling you to proactively monitor performance in real-time.
- • You will be instrumental in identifying root-cause operational gaps at their earliest stages and driving decisive corrective actions, collaborating effectively with both internal teams and client leadership to achieve optimal outcomes.
- • The Director will play a central and indispensable role in ensuring that RCM performance is not only scalable and measurable but also subject to continuous improvement across the entire organization.
- • Furthermore, this position requires you to act as a Prompt product and Business Intelligence (BI) expert, ensuring that system configurations, automation tools, and reporting environments are meticulously optimized.
- • You will also serve as a key liaison, interfacing directly with the Product team to communicate feature gaps and propose enhancement opportunities that are driven by critical RCM and broader enterprise needs.
- • A significant aspect of your role will involve client ownership and performance accountability, where you will be the single point of contact responsible for the complete client setup and ongoing RCM performance.
- • This includes ensuring that workflows, automations, authorizations, reporting, and system configurations are perfectly aligned both before and after the go-live phase.
- • You will actively monitor key performance indicators such as AR aging, denial rates, authorization timeliness, claim submission lag, payer trends, utilization, and workflow metrics.
- • Your proactive approach will involve identifying risks before they negatively impact cash flow or client experience, and then taking structured, data-driven actions to mitigate these risks.
- • When performance gaps arise, you will lead thorough root cause analyses and implement effective operational, workflow, or system-level solutions that yield measurable improvements.
- • You will drive accountability internally and facilitate direct, performance-focused conversations with client owners when necessary, managing escalations with unwavering clarity and confidence.
- • In terms of Front of House Operations Oversight, you will oversee and ensure the consistent execution of front-of-house revenue cycle processes across all supported clients and teams.
- • This includes ensuring clients maintain 100% payer enrollment completion, both initially and through ongoing quarterly reviews, to sustain active electronic billing capabilities.
- • You will also oversee payer configuration to maximize the utilization of electronic claim submission whenever possible, and ensure automatic paper claim mailing is configured for instances where electronic submission is unavailable.
- • Establishing and enforcing a standardized EOB upload policy across teams is crucial to ensure timely and accurate documentation of payer responses.
- • You will ensure front office teams meticulously collect and document accurate patient insurance benefit information, including coverage details, copays, coinsurance, and deductibles, utilizing standardized policy note documentation.
- • Driving standardized upfront collections processes and ensuring operational adherence to patient accounts receivable policies are key responsibilities.
- • You will also ensure insurance card images are uploaded and patient intake documentation is completed accurately prior to or at the time of service.
- • Overseeing payer setup to ensure authorization requirements are configured correctly and aligned with payer rules is paramount.
- • Authorizations will be managed daily according to established standards, including monitoring and rescheduling visits when authorization requirements are not met.
- • You will oversee payer configuration and workflow setup to enable RCM automation and enhance operational efficiency across the Prompt RCM team.
- • Monitoring clinical coding optimization efforts, coaching teams on coding accuracy, and ensuring billing aligns with visit duration and documentation standards are vital.
- • Implementing and monitoring reporting processes to identify visits without claims, ensuring providers complete documentation and front office teams properly check in visits, will be a key focus.
- • Regarding Analytics, BI & System Optimization, you will own performance reporting and visibility across all accounts.
- • This involves building and maintaining sophisticated dashboards, KPI frameworks, forecasting models, and predictive indicators that enhance leadership insight and operational precision.
- • You will configure sites and BI environments to maximize automation, reporting accuracy, and workflow efficiency, ensuring each client’s reporting structure supports operational execution and financial clarity.
- • Serving as a Prompt product expert and the primary interface between RCM, Enterprise clients, BI, and Product teams is a core function.
- • Translating operational and enterprise feedback into actionable feature requests and ensuring system capabilities are fully leveraged to reduce manual work and improve scalability will be critical to driving innovation and efficiency.
