- • As Director of Research & Insights at Flagright, you will lead the company’s research agenda to establish it as a trusted thought leader in financial crime and compliance, shaping industry conversations through high-impact, data-driven content.
- • You will define research priorities, conduct in-depth analysis on regulatory developments and emerging risks, produce authoritative reports and whitepapers, and serve as editor-in-chief for flagship publications, ensuring rigor, clarity, and originality in all outputs.
- • You will work within a lean, high-performance marketing team at Flagright, an AI-powered financial crime compliance platform used by Fortune 500 companies, banks, and fintechs globally, where individual ownership and direct access to leadership are core to the culture.
- • You will develop expertise in translating complex financial crime trends into strategic narratives, build scalable research processes, and influence how financial institutions manage risk through thought leadership, while working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven subject matter expertise in AML, financial crime, or compliance with strong understanding of industry trends, regulatory frameworks, and emerging risks
- • Demonstrated experience producing and publishing high-quality thought leadership content such as reports, whitepapers, or industry analyses
- • Strong research and analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex topics into clear, structured, and insightful narratives
- • Excellent writing and editorial judgment with a track record of creating authoritative and engaging content for enterprise or technical audiences
- • Experience owning or contributing to a research or editorial agenda with ability to identify timely and relevant topics
- • Self-directed and proactive, with ability to take ownership of initiatives from concept to publication
- • Based in or near London with right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship not available)
