- • Own, administer, and scale Salesforce as the system of record for the revenue organization, ensuring it supports all GTM functions from lead to revenue.
- • Design and manage the end-to-end go-to-market technology stack, integrating tools into a unified, connected system that enables seamless data flow and operational efficiency.
- • Build AI-powered automations and workflows that eliminate manual tasks, reduce errors, and scale revenue team productivity without increasing headcount.
- • Establish and maintain data integrity across all revenue systems, including Salesforce, CRM integrations, and reporting platforms, to ensure accurate forecasting and reporting.
- • Develop and maintain reporting infrastructure, dashboards, and operational insights that inform revenue planning, pipeline management, and executive decision-making.
- • Design and automate processes for commissions, territory management, and account enrichment to ensure fairness, accuracy, and alignment with sales performance.
- • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and leadership teams to translate business needs into scalable, technical systems and workflows.
- • Evaluate, implement, and optimize new technologies that enhance GTM performance, with a focus on AI-forward tools and agentic workflows.
- • Serve as the primary systems expert for revenue operations, acting as the bridge between technical execution and business outcomes.
- • Drive adoption of best-in-class revenue technology standards across the organization, ensuring tools are used to their full potential and aligned with company growth goals.
- • Support early-stage, high-growth revenue teams by building systems that evolve rapidly with company scale, from 15 to 250+ employees.
- • Ensure internal operations reflect the same AI-forward philosophy as the product, building systems that remember context, automate decisions, and reduce friction.
- • Maintain compliance and data governance standards within revenue systems, particularly in the healthcare sector where data privacy and accuracy are critical.
- • Collaborate with engineering and data teams to ensure seamless integration between revenue systems and proprietary healthcare datasets, including 190M patient interactions and 62K care protocols.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Revenue Systems, or GTM Systems experience in B2B SaaS, AI, healthcare, or health-tech
- • Deep Salesforce administration experience
- • Strong individual contributor who leverages AI to automate processes and scale impact
- • Experience building agentic workflows and production-grade AI automations
- • Experience building and managing GTM systems and integrations
- • A clear perspective on what a best-in-class revenue technology stack looks like
