📋 Description

• • As Director of Salesforce Development, you will shape the technical heart of Flosum, a company on a mission to redefine how the world's largest enterprises protect, deploy, and scale on Salesforce. You will partner directly with the CEO and executive team, own the architecture of DevOps and Data Backup platforms, and lead engineers whose work sits inside some of the most important Salesforce orgs on the planet.
• • You will own the end-to-end technical architecture across Salesforce (Apex, LWC, Metadata API) and Node.js systems, drive the roadmap and delivery of Salesforce DevOps capabilities (version control, CI/CD, automated merge, org comparison, continuous deployment), and ensure the architecture and reliability of data backup, disaster recovery, and archival products trusted by regulated enterprises.
• • You will provide direct leadership, coaching, and accountability for a team of Salesforce and Node.js engineers with no layers of ownership, train Node.js engineers to become strong Salesforce platform contributors within 1–2 months, set the engineering bar, remove bottlenecks, and make final technical calls to ensure execution never stalls.
• • You will partner with Security, Product, and GTM leaders to ensure every release meets the standards of the world's most demanding customers, and have the autonomy of a founder with the resources of a scaled company and direct access to executives setting the strategy at an inflection point where category leadership is being decided.
