📋 Description

• • As Director of Social at Remote Referral Board Inc., you will lead the digital communications strategy for a global HR technology company, shaping how the brand engages audiences across social media and emerging channels to support business growth and market differentiation.
• • You will own and execute integrated digital communications plans, manage a team and agency partners, develop influencer advocacy programs, define KPIs, analyze performance data, enforce brand governance, oversee crisis communications, and collaborate cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Paid Marketing, Content, and PR teams.
• • You will join the Brand & Communications team within Marketing at Remote, a fully remote-first company solving global employment compliance challenges for businesses worldwide, with team members across six continents and a culture rooted in innovation, async work, and equity.
• • In this role, you will develop strategic leadership in global digital communications, scale influencer programs, refine social media governance, and advise senior leadership on brand amplification—gaining impact in a mission-driven, high-growth environment focused on redefining the future of work.
