- • Drive net new customer bookings and expand pilot opportunities within assigned regions for Abridge’s AI-powered clinical documentation platform.
- • Articulate the value proposition of Abridge’s generative AI technology to C-suite executives, physician leaders, and decision-makers within Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs) and enterprise health systems.
- • Develop and execute account plans to penetrate new healthcare accounts, identify key stakeholders, and build long-term customer relationships.
- • Define success criteria for pilot deployments and convert pilot agreements into full-scale, multi-year enterprise contracts.
- • Manage the full sales cycle from pipeline generation to contract closure, aligning activities with Abridge’s established sales process to advance evaluations and secure commitments.
- • Build and maintain direct relationships with C-level executives, Physician Services leaders, and clinical decision-makers across large health systems.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, implementations, support, legal, and marketing teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and success.
- • Proactively expand professional network within the healthcare technology space to generate qualified leads and new business opportunities.
- • Serve as a trusted ambassador for Abridge, representing the company’s mission and responsible approach to generative AI in clinical environments.
- • Travel within assigned territory to meet with prospects, clients, and partners in person to support sales objectives and strengthen relationships.
- • Maintain accurate CRM records and forecast pipeline with precision to support organizational growth targets.
- • Leverage deep understanding of healthcare IT infrastructure, EMR integrations, and regulatory environments to tailor sales conversations to institutional needs.
- • Translate complex technical capabilities into clear business outcomes that resonate with non-technical healthcare executives.
- • Consistently exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas with a focus on seven-figure and multi-million dollar contract acquisitions.
- • Demonstrate consultative selling expertise by uncovering unmet needs, aligning Abridge’s solution to strategic health system priorities, and navigating complex procurement processes.
- • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of competitive landscape, healthcare policy changes, and emerging AI applications in clinical documentation.
🎯 Requirements
- • 10+ years direct sales experience in Healthcare SaaS and technology solutions
- • Evidence of success in roles focused on new customer acquisition
- • Experience selling to Integrated Delivery Networks and Enterprise Health Systems
- • Demonstrated track record of consultative selling ability at C-suite level
- • Previous responsibility with 7 figure contracts and multi-million dollar quotas
- • Proven track record of consistent new business growth and relationship development
