- • As Director of Video & AI Creative at RingCentral, you will lead the evolution of video production and visual storytelling by integrating AI-powered tools, automation, and data-driven insights to deliver scalable, high-impact content that supports brand growth, demand generation, and customer engagement across global digital channels.
- • You will define and execute an AI-forward video content strategy, leveraging generative video, automated editing, personalization engines, and analytics to optimize production efficiency, scalability, and performance while ensuring all content aligns with brand standards and pushes the boundaries of tech-forward storytelling.
- • You will manage and develop a high-performing team of videographers, editors, motion designers, and producers, fostering a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous learning in AI-enabled workflows, and oversee end-to-end video production including AI-assisted scripting, storyboarding, editing, and post-production.
- • You will architect and scale modular video and motion design systems to enable rapid content creation for product demos, campaigns, events, and executive communications, and partner with product marketing, demand generation, social, and communications teams to integrate video into omnichannel campaigns using audience insights and personalization.
- • You will identify, onboard, and manage agencies and vendors with cutting-edge AI and production capabilities to build a best-in-class content ecosystem, and establish and track performance metrics using data and AI insights to continuously optimize content effectiveness and ROI.
- • You will stay ahead of industry trends in AI-driven creative production, video technology, and digital media, bringing new capabilities and ideas into the organization, and lead creative and strategic workshops incorporating AI-driven ideation and rapid prototyping into brainstorming, concept development, and creative reviews.
- • RingCentral is a $2B annual revenue company with double-digit ARR growth and a $93B market opportunity in UCaaS, Contact Center, and AI-powered adjacencies, investing over $250M annually in AI-enabled technology to meet customer needs through its proprietary RingSense AI solution.
- • You will report directly to the VP of Marketing and partner cross-functionally to create compelling, modern video experiences that elevate the brand and support go-to-market strategies across a global audience, working within a company recognized as a Best Place to Work by Glassdoor and Top Work Culture by Comparably.
🎯 Requirements
- • 10+ years of experience in video production, creative direction, or a related field with a strong portfolio of high-impact work
- • 5+ years of experience leading and scaling creative teams in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment
- • Hands-on experience or strong familiarity with AI-powered creative tools (e.g., generative AI for video, automated editing platforms, personalization tools, and content analytics)
- • Expertise in video production tools and platforms (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects, Frame.io, Wrike/Monday, and RingCentral ecosystem collaboration tools)
- • Strong understanding of content performance metrics, digital marketing, and audience engagement strategies
- • Proven ability to balance creative excellence with operational efficiency and scalability
- • Exceptional leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- • Strategic thinker with a passion for storytelling, innovation, and emerging technologies
- • Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media Production, Communications, or related field (preferred)
