📋 Description

• As Director, Paid Social at DEPT Holding B.V., you will lead and grow high-performing teams to drive client success through innovative paid social strategy and execution, directly impacting client growth, retention, and team development in a remote-first environment spanning MST or PST time zones.
• Your day-to-day responsibilities include mentoring direct reports on paid social best practices, maintaining deep client business insights, orchestrating cross-functional campaign execution, serving as a client escalation point, managing major deliverables and presentations, overseeing client onboarding, scaling team management structures, and identifying succession plans to support upward mobility.

• In this role, you will develop leadership expertise in paid social strategy, strengthen cross-channel marketing acumen, build high-impact teams, influence client business outcomes at a strategic level, and grow professionally within a culture that values innovation, autonomy, and inclusive growth.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years’ paid social experience and at least 3 years in a client-facing marketing role
• Proven experience managing a team of 3+ direct reports with demonstrated ability to mentor and develop team members into senior roles
• Deep understanding of paid social platforms including Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, LinkedIn, and Reddit, with ability to communicate goals, targets, and tactics effectively to clients
• Ability to audit paid social accounts and present actionable insights to clients
• Experience participating in business pitches, both behind the scenes and client-facing, representing paid social capabilities
