- • As Director, Partner Marketing at Pinterest, you will lead advertiser marketing through third-party partnerships, develop co-marketing strategies with key partners, and contribute directly to Pinterest’s revenue goals by building and scaling a high-impact partner marketing function.
- • Day to day, you will architect long-term vision for partner marketing, lead execution of key workstreams including events, webinars, and content campaigns, provide player-coach leadership to a small team, build operational rigor through tracking and accountability systems, design organizational structure and talent plans, align cross-functionally with senior leaders, leverage AI to accelerate asset creation and analytics, and foster a culture of continuous learning and inclusion.
- • You will join Pinterest’s Business Marketing team, which supports the company’s mission to bring inspiration to millions by helping advertisers connect with users seeking creative ideas. Pinterest values innovation, flexibility (via PinFlex), and AI as a collaborative partner in work, and seeks candidates who can explain their thinking and approach challenges with curiosity and rigor.
