• • The Director, People Business Partner - Corp Func is a strategic leadership role supporting Delinea’s Corporate Functions—Finance, Legal, Cybersecurity, and HR—by serving as a trusted advisor to functional leaders and driving people strategies that strengthen organizational performance.
• • Day to day, the role involves partnering with leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, talent reviews, performance management, employee relations, and culture initiatives, while translating functional priorities into actionable people plans and ensuring HR compliance across jurisdictions.
