  • • Own and operate Scribe’s global performance marketing program across all channels including Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, Reddit, and emerging platforms to drive measurable, scalable customer growth.
  • • Develop and execute the holistic performance marketing strategy, setting vision, testing priorities, and investment frameworks that directly align with company-level growth objectives.
  • • Define and implement tactical initiatives that bring strategy to life using first-principles thinking to identify, prioritize, and scale high-impact channels and approaches.
  • • Own channel performance and budget pacing across all platforms, continuously optimizing for efficiency, return on investment, and sustainable growth.
  • • Partner with marketing analytics, finance, and growth teams to translate business targets into media plans, spend allocations, and growth scenarios using MMM, geo testing, and incrementality studies.
  • • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of media buyers, analysts, and channel specialists, establishing best practices in media buying, measurement, and experimentation.
  • • Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, product, and engineering teams to maximize performance across every stage of the customer funnel.
  • • Apply advanced analytical rigor to interpret complex data and translate insights into strategic recommendations that drive measurable business impact.
  • • Lead bold experimentation and innovation in performance marketing, challenging conventional tactics and introducing new methodologies to unlock growth opportunities.
  • • Maintain deep expertise in media buying mechanics, creative optimization, and auction dynamics across all key platforms to ensure optimal campaign performance.
  • • Monitor emerging platforms and testing frameworks to identify and integrate new growth channels before they become mainstream.
  • • Ensure alignment between marketing spend and overall business financial targets through accurate forecasting, modeling, and scenario planning.
  • • Establish and enforce data-driven decision-making culture across the performance marketing team, emphasizing rapid learning and continuous improvement.
  • • Report directly to the Director of User Acquisition and serve as the primary owner of performance marketing outcomes across the entire organization.
  • • Maintain a relentless focus on making users heroes by delivering targeted, relevant, and high-value experiences through every marketing touchpoint.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 7-10+ years of experience in performance marketing and performance marketing strategy, with at least 2 years leading multi-channel programs at scale ($100M+ annual spend)
  • • 3+ years of experience managing and developing teams of media buyers, analysts, or channel specialists
  • • Proven success building and scaling integrated performance marketing programs across Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, Reddit, and other growth platforms
  • • Deep expertise in performance measurement and attribution, including MMM, geo testing, incrementality studies, and experimentation frameworks
  • • Strong grasp of media buying mechanics, creative optimization, and auction dynamics across platforms
  • • Advanced quantitative and analytical background with ability to interpret complex data and translate it into clear strategic recommendations
