Director, Predictions Compliance

📋 Description

• • As Director of Predictions Compliance at DraftKings, you will lead the financial crimes and trade surveillance program for the Predictions business, ensuring compliant operations and supporting a transformative initiative that unlocks new opportunities for the company and its customers.
• • You will oversee regulatory reporting, lead enhancements to procedures and analytic tools, serve as the escalation point for teams and stakeholders, monitor program performance, identify risks, and partner with Quality Assurance and training teams to support investigator onboarding and development.
• • You will drive key Financial Crimes initiatives including audits and regulatory examinations, foster cross-functional collaboration with Legal, Product, Operations, and Engineering teams, and stay current on regulatory changes and emerging risks to proactively adapt the program.
