📋 Description
- • The Director, PreSales Operations is a newly created role at Amplify Education, Inc., designed to build cross-functional planning architecture that connects product decisions to supply chain realities before costly commitments are made. This role is critical to preventing operational losses by establishing governance, coordination, and execution oversight for product launches and lifecycle management.
- • Day to day, the Director will design and implement operational readiness models, manage change control frameworks, lead end-to-end launch readiness planning, own product lifecycle and obsolescence strategy, define data architecture requirements, and serve as the central point of accountability for cross-functional alignment across Product, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance teams.
- • Amplify Education is a leader in K–12 literacy, biliteracy, math, and science, serving over 18 million students and teachers across all 50 states and six continents. The company builds inspiring, research-based teaching and learning experiences and has deep relationships with states and districts to drive implementation quality and improved outcomes.
- • In this role, the person will learn to design scalable cross-functional operating systems, gain executive-level visibility into product and supply chain integration, and achieve measurable impact by reducing inventory risk, preventing late-stage changes, and ensuring disciplined program launches that align strategic intent with operational execution.
