📋 Description

• As the Director of Product for McKissock Learning, part of Colibri Group, you will lead a focused product team with direct ownership of the Appraisal Membership business and select professional markets, driving the future of professional education through AI-powered, career-spanning solutions.
• You will shape product strategy, prioritize initiatives, and execute with urgency to achieve double-digit growth by leveraging data-driven insights and deep customer understanding to make decisive calls in ambiguous environments.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience leading product teams and owning end-to-end product lifecycle for B2B or professional education products.
• Strong ability to use data and analytics to inform product decisions, prioritize roadmap, and measure impact on growth and engagement.
• Demonstrated skill in customer discovery and market analysis to identify opportunities and validate product direction.
• Experience driving double-digit growth through strategic product thinking and execution in fast-paced environments.
• Comfort operating with ambiguity and making decisive calls with incomplete information.
