  • • Lead and manage a high-performing product analytics team of 19 individuals, including multiple people managers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
  • • Partner closely with C-Suite and VP-level stakeholders to define and execute strategic roadmaps for the product analytics function, directly influencing the company’s overall product strategy and direction.
  • • Act as both a strategic leader and a hands-on contributor, meticulously reviewing key deliverables to ensure the highest quality and conducting complex, high-impact ad-hoc analyses when critical business questions arise.
  • • Proactively identify and address unspoken business needs by creatively formulating insightful questions that drive improvements in business operations and product performance.
  • • Develop and implement robust Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to accurately measure the health of our products and quantify their direct impact on customer success and business outcomes.
  • • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to provide data-driven insights and product impact claims, supporting major deals and strategic initiatives.
  • • Mentor and develop team members, nurturing their professional growth and empowering them to deliver exceptional results across various business units.
  • • Establish and champion a forward-thinking technical strategy for the team, leveraging cutting-edge technologies while maintaining a pragmatic balance between immediate execution and long-term vision.
  • • Work collaboratively with the data engineering team to design and build scalable data marts, enabling self-service analytics capabilities and accelerating the speed to value for data-driven decision-making.
  • • Drive the adoption of GenAI-focused analytics tools to empower business users with self-service capabilities for answering common questions, thereby democratizing data access and insights.
  • • Translate complex data findings into clear, actionable recommendations for product managers, engineering leaders, and executive leadership, ensuring alignment and driving informed decisions.
  • • Champion a data-driven culture throughout the organization, advocating for the strategic use of analytics to solve complex business problems and uncover new opportunities.
  • • Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in product analytics, AI, and data science, continuously evaluating and integrating new methodologies and tools to enhance team capabilities.
  • • Oversee the development and maintenance of comprehensive product analytics frameworks, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and accessibility for all relevant stakeholders.
  • • Contribute to the strategic planning process by providing data-backed insights into market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscapes.
  • • Foster strong cross-functional relationships with Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure analytics efforts are aligned with business objectives.
  • • Guide the team in leveraging clickstream data to derive deep insights into user behavior, identify friction points, and optimize the user experience.
  • • Develop and refine methodologies for measuring product adoption, engagement, and retention, providing critical feedback loops for product development.
  • • Lead the charge in defining and tracking metrics that demonstrate the ROI of product features and initiatives, ensuring resources are allocated to areas with the greatest potential impact.
  • • Empower the team to experiment with new analytical approaches and tools, encouraging innovation and continuous improvement in how we derive value from data.
  • • Ensure the team's work directly contributes to ServiceTitan's mission of empowering home and commercial service businesses, driving tangible improvements in customer success and operational efficiency.
