- • Lead the end-to-end product experience for Airwallex’s Business Accounts, encompassing core workflows such as accounts, transfers, FX, reporting, and Airwallex Pay.
- • Define the strategic vision for the future of Business Accounts, creating a world-class experience that enables businesses to manage and move money globally with clarity, confidence, and ease.
- • Unify account management, transfers, FX, reporting, and payments into a cohesive, intuitive, and elegant customer journey that sets a new benchmark for financial operations software.
- • Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Data, and cross-functional teams including GTPN and Financial Platform to translate platform complexity into simple, customer-facing workflows.
- • Drive product decisions across key Business Accounts surfaces including account overview, transfers, activity and reporting, settings, alerts, and mobile experiences.
- • Act as the voice of the customer by identifying friction in financial operations workflows and translating them into clear product priorities, roadmap decisions, and execution plans.
- • Build alignment across Product, Engineering, Design, Data, Operations, and go-to-market stakeholders to deliver high-quality experiences at speed in a complex global environment.
- • Champion a high bar for product quality, usability, and craftsmanship by collaborating with Design and Engineering to create experiences customers love and trust.
- • Shape how Airwallex integrates its expanding portfolio of financial products into a unified, account-centric customer experience, enabling seamless management of cash, payments, yield, and future financial services.
- • Own the product strategy for one of Airwallex’s most strategic and visible customer problem spaces, focused on global business financial operations.
- • Work with engineering counterparts to ensure technically complex backend systems are translated into intuitive, reliable, and scalable customer experiences.
- • Translate customer needs from globally operating, multi-entity, and operationally complex businesses into actionable product initiatives.
- • Maintain a bias toward action, operate effectively in ambiguity, and deliver results in a fast-moving, high-growth technology environment.
- • Expand scope over time into adjacent product areas such as spend management, yield, or broader financial operations, based on performance and strategic alignment.
🎯 Requirements
- • 10+ years of product management experience in high-growth technology companies, ideally in fintech, payments, treasury, financial infrastructure, or complex B2B SaaS.
- • Experience owning customer-facing product areas with meaningful UX complexity, particularly where multiple workflows or systems must feel seamless to the end user.
- • Demonstrated ability to partner deeply with engineering teams on technically complex products and translate backend or platform complexity into intuitive customer experiences.
- • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence peers and senior leaders across multiple teams and domains.
- • A track record of building or improving products used by globally operating, multi-entity, or operationally complex businesses.
- • Exceptional product judgment, strong customer empathy, and a passion for craftsmanship with attention to detail and intuitive design.
