- • As the founding product marketing hire at Superpower Labs Inc., you will define how the company positions, packages, and proves its personalized health system to sophisticated enterprise buyers, laying the foundation for all downstream go-to-market efforts.
- • Day to day, you will own positioning and messaging for employers, health plans, brokers, and consultants; build the proof engine with case studies and outcomes narratives; shape packaging and pricing with Product and commercial leadership; synthesize member and client data to inform strategy; create sales enablement content like decks and objection handling; and partner closely with Product, Sales, and Client Success to align positioning, product, and sales motion.
- • You will join a team of ex-founders, YC alumni, and mission-driven builders operating at the edge of speed and ambition, where few titles exist and real ownership is expected. Superpower is building a new personalized health system powered by biomarker testing, AI-driven insights, and clinical care, delivered as a population health benefit to employers and health plans.
- • In this role, you will achieve career-defining impact by establishing the credibility layer for proactive, preventive health as an employer benefit, shaping how a complex clinical product is understood and adopted in the market, and doing the hands-on work of writing, building, and shipping positioning, packaging, and content from zero to one.
🎯 Requirements
- • 6+ years in product marketing or customer marketing with real 0-to-1 ownership of positioning, packaging, and launch for a complex, high-consideration product.
- • A genuine individual contributor who writes positioning, builds decks, and ships content personally — not seeking to manage a team but to do the best hands-on work of their career.
- • Healthcare, benefits, or adjacent complex B2B experience strongly preferred, with understanding of how benefits are bought and the role consultants play.
- • A storyteller who is rigorous with data, capable of building sharp narratives and defensible proof stories from real-world evidence while pushing the market on new approaches.
- • Entrepreneurial mindset: comfortable in ambiguity, biased to action, and able to ship before things are perfect.
