📋 Description

• Lead the end-to-end product vision and roadmap for Workato’s AI-first platform experience, transforming it from a traditional automation platform into an enterprise AI runtime.
• Define and execute a strategic plan to accelerate AI workload adoption across the platform by redesigning core user experiences including onboarding, personal workspaces, discovery, builder UX, sharing, reuse, and marketplace ecosystems.
• Design frictionless personal workspaces that enable safe experimentation by builders without administrative bottlenecks, enabling rapid time-to-first-value for AI-powered workflows.
• Build AI-driven onboarding flows that convert user intent into functional AI workflows within minutes, compressing activation timelines and increasing engagement.
• Own the strategy for intent-driven search and intelligent discovery of AI templates, reusable components, agent blueprints, and enterprise automation patterns based on user behavior, role, and context.
• Deliver a next-generation builder experience that embeds AI directly into the workflow creation canvas, supporting live synchronization between visual and code-based representations.
• Enhance debugging, replay, and static analysis tooling to improve developer confidence in AI-generated logic and ensure robustness of automated workflows.
• Modernize the UX to support agent-based systems, parallel execution, modular design, and AI collaboration while maintaining usability across diverse user personas.
• Design forkable workflows with lineage tracking, reusable subflows, version-controlled modules, and structured component libraries to enable structured reuse and reduce duplication.
• Enable secure, governed cross-workspace sharing mechanisms that promote scalable reuse of AI-enabled workflows while balancing speed with enterprise control.
• Expand the marketplace to include AI blueprints, agent skills, reusable automation packs, and extensibility frameworks with contribution models, SDK strategies, and governance controls.
• Develop rating, certification, and versioning systems to build trust and ensure quality in marketplace contributions, driving measurable increases in ecosystem engagement.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, AI Research, Solutions Consulting, Customer Success, Marketing, and Sales to align AI experience strategy across product and go-to-market functions.
• Ensure cohesive integration of AI adoption initiatives with adjacent product areas and enterprise governance standards including identity models, access control, and scalable architecture.
• Recruit, mentor, and scale a high-performing product management team focused on AI adoption and platform experience transformation.
• Foster a culture of experimentation, craftsmanship, accountability, and data-driven decision-making while maintaining operational rigor and disciplined execution.
• Balance bold innovation with enterprise-grade reliability, compliance, and scalability to meet the needs of 50% of the Fortune 500 customers.
• Define and track activation metrics that measure AI workload creation, reuse rates, and cross-team collaboration to drive measurable platform growth.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of Product Management experience with a strong focus on developer platforms, AI-driven systems, enterprise SaaS, or programmable workflow products
• Minimum 10 years in a senior product leadership role managing and mentoring high-performing PM teams
• Proven experience driving adoption and growth through UX transformation and platform experience redesign
• Deep understanding of APIs, SDK ecosystems, CI/CD pipelines, version control systems, and workflow-as-code paradigms
• Experience delivering AI-powered product capabilities including generative interfaces, conversational UX, LLM integrations, or agent-based systems
• Strong familiarity with enterprise governance, identity models, access control frameworks, and scalable architecture principles
