- • As the Director of Product for BSS & Platform Services at Vonage, you will drive product strategy for shared platform capabilities spanning Lead-to-cash (BSS), Data Analytics, Identity Management, Accounts & Users, and API Gateway, enabling growth and profitability across internal and external user groups.
- • You will take comprehensive ownership of product strategy, capabilities, competitiveness, profitability, compliance, security, and architectural evolution for critical shared services, while defining and executing product strategy including AI integrations and managing a team of Product Managers.
- • You will collaborate closely with Engineering, Operations, Sales, Marketing, and other Portfolio Leaders to prioritize trade-offs, drive development speed and efficiency, and steward the digital transformation of business support systems and back-office services integration.
- • In this role, you will lead a skilled team of product managers focused on evolving critical shared services for internal and external users, from sales and revenue operations to developers and customers, while gaining deep expertise in enterprise-scale cloud services, global team leadership, and strategic product innovation in a fast-growing communications technology leader.
🎯 Requirements
- • Extensive experience in Product Management with proven leadership managing cross-cultural, geographically distributed teams at a Director level
- • Knowledge of enterprise SaaS such as CRM, Analytics, Billing & Rating systems
- • Experience with back-office systems and delivering complex projects or business transformations in BSS and OSS areas due to acquisitions, growth, and digital transformations
- • Expertise in managing global, enterprise-scale cloud services including technical, security, and regulatory aspects
- • Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, and ability to influence through data and presentations
- • Previous software development experience or strong proficiency in SQL, Kibana, and understanding complex data models
