📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end vision, strategy, and roadmap for Workato’s enterprise connectivity platform, including connectors to SaaS apps, cloud platforms, databases, and legacy/on-premises systems, as well as platform extensions like Data Tables, Decision Models, EDI, RPA, and MFT.
• Define and drive the product strategy in alignment with competitive dynamics and evolving customer needs, with a sharp focus on how AI is reshaping integration platforms.
• Lead and develop a team of product managers, shaping team structure, ownership models, and talent development while mentoring PMs at varying seniority levels.
• Actively participate in resolving execution bottlenecks, improving product delivery processes, clarifying ownership, and ensuring the team has the resources needed to deliver.
• Lead product launches from internal enablement through customer adoption, coordinating cross-functionally with engineering, sales, and customer success to ensure consistent and successful rollouts.
• Define and monitor KPIs related to connector adoption, usage, customer satisfaction, performance, and reliability to measure product success and guide prioritization.
• Establish and maintain the team’s operating rhythm, including prioritization cycles, reviews, and progress reporting to ensure consistent execution across a broad product surface.
• Engage directly with enterprise customers, prospects, and partners to understand integration use cases, pain points, and expectations, translating insights into product priorities.
• Represent Workato’s enterprise connectivity capabilities and strategy in customer briefings, industry conferences, and analyst discussions.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams on complex technical decisions regarding platform architecture, API standards (REST, SOAP, OData, GraphQL), event-driven patterns (webhooks, event streaming, CDC), and system design.
• Drive the team’s adoption of AI tools as a standard part of daily product development, including AI-assisted integrations, automated connector creation, and generative AI features.
• Maintain alignment between product roadmap and business goals by balancing customer demand, competitive positioning, and long-term technical investment.
• Build and scale integration products in a high-growth SaaS/cloud environment, with deep familiarity across the SaaS ecosystem including CRM, ERP, HR, and ITSM applications.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of Product Management experience, with a focus on integration, connectors, APIs, or enterprise platforms
• Minimum 3 years in a senior product leadership role (Group PM or Director) managing teams of varying seniority
• Proven experience building and scaling connector or integration products at leading SaaS/cloud companies or integration providers (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi, Informatica, Zapier, Fivetran, Salesforce, ServiceNow)
• Strong familiarity with cloud integration patterns, API standards (REST, SOAP, OData, GraphQL), and event-driven/messaging patterns (webhooks, event streaming, CDC)
• Deep knowledge of the SaaS/cloud ecosystem and common SaaS business applications (CRM, ERP, HR, ITSM)
• Practical experience building AI-powered product capabilities, including AI-assisted integrations, automated connector creation, and generative AI features
