- • As Director of Product Manager, Consumer & Patient Engagement at Health Catalyst, you will lead the strategy and execution of products that drive meaningful patient activation, engagement, and outcomes, directly contributing to the company’s mission of being the catalyst for massive, measurable, data-informed healthcare improvement through data integration, analytics, expertise, and engagement.
- • You will shape how patients interact with Health Catalyst’s platform—from segmentation and targeting through outreach, engagement, and conversion—by defining how data, AI, and patient experience are applied to influence behavior, improve access, and drive measurable clinical and financial outcomes across enterprise healthcare environments.
- • You will operate at the intersection of product, engineering, data, client strategy, and growth, ensuring insights are translated into real-world engagement and action while partnering with India-based engineering teams and supporting sales and implementation cycles.
- • The Patient Engagement team is a critical component of Health Catalyst’s mission to improve healthcare outcomes through technology, working to deliver scalable, secure, and user-centric solutions that empower patients and providers alike in complex healthcare ecosystems.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in healthcare engagement strategies, AI-augmented product development, enterprise SaaS orchestration, and cross-functional leadership—positioning you to drive innovation at the forefront of digital health transformation while building a scalable, repeatable product model for future growth.
- • You will own end-to-end product lifecycle responsibilities including roadmap accountability, backlog management in Azure DevOps, translating strategic goals into epics and user stories, balancing client needs with platform scalability, and contributing to quarterly planning and tradeoff decisions.
- • As the primary Product Owner for your module, you will lead sprint planning, backlog refinement, and feature clarification sessions with engineering teams, provide structured requirements and rapid decision-making, triage defects based on impact and risk, and ensure teams have clear acceptance criteria before development begins.
- • You will lead structured discovery sessions with enterprise healthcare clients to understand workflows, constraints, and success metrics, support sales cycles with product expertise, partner during implementation transitions to ensure alignment with original intent, and gather structured feedback to inform roadmap prioritization.
- • You will define requirements for workflow-heavy, orchestration-based capabilities across multi-channel engagement journeys, ensure alignment with enterprise-grade RBAC, security, and integration patterns, and maintain practical awareness of EHR data flows, SaaS architectures, and Azure cloud environments to inform product decisions.
- • You will drive continuous improvement in product operations by enhancing discovery rigor, backlog structure, documentation standards, and release readiness, promoting AI-augmented workflows to improve requirement quality and research efficiency, identifying automation opportunities, and contributing to a scalable, repeatable product development model.
- • You will own the creation of clear, structured release notes and feature documentation, establish scalable documentation practices leveraging AI-enabled tooling, ensure internal teams receive concise, high-quality release communication, and conduct internal enablement sessions for cross-functional readiness.
- • You will monitor adoption, engagement metrics, and qualitative client feedback, identify opportunities to improve activation outcomes and workflow efficiency, and drive iterative enhancements based on measurable insights to ensure products deliver sustained value.
- • You will maintain compliance with organizational Information Security, Acceptable Use Policy, and HIPAA Privacy and Security requirements, safeguard information system assets by identifying and reporting potential or actual security events, and adhere to all compliance directives as part of your role responsibilities.
