This remote position offers the flexibility of working from home while contributing to the advancement of healthcare technology adoption.
- • Your primary responsibility will be to design and deliver comprehensive training programs. This includes facilitating training sessions through various methods such as synchronous and asynchronous learning, computer-based training modules, interactive virtual workshops, and potentially virtual reality or simulation-based scenarios. You will adapt your training approach to suit different learning styles and ensure maximum knowledge retention and application.
- • A key aspect of your role involves rigorous testing of lesson plans. Before and after system upgrades or significant changes to clinical applications, you will meticulously test training materials within the designated training environment to guarantee accuracy, relevance, and effectiveness. This proactive approach ensures that training content remains up-to-date and aligned with the latest system functionalities.
- • You will be entrusted with the ongoing review and maintenance of all training documentation. This includes tip sheets, job aids, quick start guides, and comprehensive lesson plans. Annually, you will conduct a thorough review to ensure quality, relevancy, and accuracy, maintaining a current inventory of all educational materials to support clinicians effectively.

- • Beyond initial training, you will facilitate follow-up and ongoing training sessions. These can be conducted in both individual and group settings, utilizing user data to inform the content and focus of these sessions, ensuring continuous skill development and support.
- • You will collaborate with various teams to review and refine all educational documents for clinical end-users, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and ease of understanding across all materials.

- • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is expected, along with the ability to quickly learn and master new applications, ensuring you are well-equipped to handle diverse software training needs.
- • As a remote employee, you will manage your time effectively to meet the demands of a full-time role, adhering to normal business hours while being available for occasional weekend or holiday support as needed.
- • The position offers a competitive pay range, reflecting the importance of your expertise in clinical informatics training and your contribution to the organization's operational efficiency and clinical excellence.
