• • As a Senior Health Pro Consultant at Alight, Inc., you will be instrumental in ensuring the flawless delivery of services for every client and project you are assigned to, embodying a commitment to excellence in a dynamic healthcare navigation environment.
• • This pivotal role involves taking on increasingly complex assignments and solutions, providing formal support to the Team Manager as a key leader within your team. You will operate with a high degree of autonomy, troubleshooting and problem-solving independently, while knowing when to seek intervention or guidance from the Health Nav Team Manager for novel or unique situations.
• • You will play a crucial role in supporting operational planning, acting as the primary member-facing contact for client accounts. Your expertise will be vital in guiding clients and their employees through the intricacies of their healthcare benefits.
• • A core responsibility is serving as the dedicated Health Pro communicator on client accounts, ensuring clear, consistent, and effective engagement. You will also act as a backup communicator as needed, and your profile may be featured in client marketing materials as the primary contact for customers, highlighting your importance and accessibility.
• • You will actively support the Team Manager with daily operational planning and problem-solving, ensuring that your aligned teams consistently meet and exceed performance, production, and quality expectations. This includes contributing to strategic initiatives and process optimization.
• • Providing leadership support is a key aspect of this position, including stepping in for the Team Manager during their absence. This involves addressing urgent needs, representing the team in ongoing meetings, and continuing performance conversations to maintain team momentum and productivity.
• • A significant part of your role will be mentoring and developing other Health Pros, helping them to enhance their delivery capabilities and client service skills. Your experience and insights will be invaluable in fostering a high-performing team environment.
• • You will act as a dedicated patient advocate on a daily basis, representing the patient's perspective from all angles of the complex healthcare industry. This involves understanding and addressing patient needs, concerns, and challenges with empathy and expertise.
• • Your responsibilities will include conducting in-depth provider research, producing quality care recommendations, performing cost comparisons, and analyzing medical bill processing. This research is critical for providing clients and members with actionable insights and solutions.
• • You will represent Healthcare Navigation in client presentations, particularly during critical open enrollment sessions. In these forums, you will serve as the expert on the client population's needs and how Alight's services can best address them.
• • You are expected to initiate and drive process improvements, contributing to the continuous enhancement of Alight's services and operational efficiency. This includes developing new training content to support team development and service quality.
