📋 Description
- • As Director of Product Marketing at Pluralsight, you will lead the product marketing function to define how the company brings its solution portfolio to market, articulates value to customers, and drives adoption and growth across the platform. This role is critical in positioning Pluralsight as the world leader in Workforce Skills Intelligence through strategic storytelling, data-driven insights, and cross-functional collaboration.
- • Day to day, you will own and evolve product positioning, messaging, and value propositions for enterprise, tech teams, and individual learners; lead go-to-market planning for new product launches and major releases; define pricing and packaging strategies; build and scale sales enablement programs; develop deep customer and market insights; and mentor and lead a high-performing product marketing team while establishing frameworks for excellence.
- • You will partner closely with Product, Revenue, and Growth teams to shape positioning and messaging, influence product roadmap based on market insights, and drive pipeline, conversion, and adoption. The role operates in a blended remote environment with expected on-site collaboration for those near the Westlake/Dallas, TX office.
- • In this role, you will refine your expertise in B2B SaaS product marketing, scale a high-impact PMM function, build repeatable GTM processes, grow and retain top talent, and directly contribute to Pluralsight’s mission of accelerating technology skill development for the global tech workforce.
