📋 Description

• As Director, Product Marketing – Phare OS at R1 RCM Inc., you will lead the cross-portfolio marketing strategy for Phare, R1’s flagship agentic Revenue Operating System, defining market narrative, shaping go-to-market strategy, and driving alignment across Product, Sales, and Marketing to accelerate growth and adoption.
• Day to day, you will establish market intelligence functions, define enterprise-wide messaging for Phare, own end-to-end GTM strategy for product launches and platform expansions, serve as a strategic partner to senior stakeholders, and influence product roadmap based on market signals and customer needs.
• You will join R1 RCM Inc., the leading provider of technology-driven solutions in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), transforming patient experience and financial performance for hospitals, health systems, and medical groups through deep expertise, global delivery, and advanced technology including analytics, agentic AI, and workflow orchestration.
• In this role, you will develop expertise in healthcare RCM and AI-driven platforms, shape category-defining positioning for Phare, drive measurable business outcomes in pipeline and adoption, and grow as a senior leader influencing product, sales, and marketing strategy at scale.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred)
• 10+ years of B2B SaaS product marketing experience with increasing scope and leadership responsibility
• Proven success leading GTM strategy and driving measurable business outcomes (pipeline, growth, adoption)
• Exceptional strategic thinking combined with strong execution discipline
• Excellent communication skills, including executive presentations and high-impact storytelling
• Strong cross-functional leadership skills with the ability to align diverse stakeholders

• Base pay range of $122,366.00 - $178,767.22 per year
