  • • Lead the product marketing strategy for Zillow’s agent-facing portfolio, defining positioning, segmentation, pricing, and go-to-market frameworks that drive agent acquisition, engagement, and long-term growth in a competitive real estate technology marketplace.
  • • Build and mentor a high-performing product marketing team responsible for portfolio strategy, launch excellence, and lifecycle optimization, ensuring agent solutions deliver measurable business outcomes and reinforce Zillow’s marketplace advantage through data-informed decision-making and cross-functional alignment.
  • • Collaborate with Product, Strategy, Finance, Demand, Sales, and Revenue teams to shape roadmap priorities, align pricing and packaging with willingness to pay, and ensure seamless execution of go-to-market plans that support revenue growth and agent retention.
  • • Develop scalable messaging and value proposition frameworks across the entire agent lifecycle—from initial adoption to expansion—grounded in deep agent insights, competitive intelligence, and evolving marketplace trends to differentiate Zillow’s offerings.
  • • Represent product marketing strategy, performance results, and strategic trade-offs to executive stakeholders, translating complex market dynamics into clear, actionable recommendations that influence company-wide priorities.
  • • Synthesize sales insights, customer feedback, and market data to refine agent personas, segmentation, and roadmap priorities, ensuring product development remains tightly aligned with real agent needs and behaviors.
  • • Foster a culture of analytical rigor, customer empathy, and accountability within the team, establishing strong operating rhythms that balance creativity with measurable impact and continuous learning.
  • • Drive go-to-market execution for new product launches by partnering with Growth, Field, and Brand leaders to ensure positioning is consistently reflected in campaigns, field enablement, and customer-facing materials.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 10+ years of progressive experience in product or product marketing leadership roles, with a proven track record of driving strategy and revenue growth in B2B, SaaS, marketplace, or platform-based environments.
  • • 6+ years of people leadership experience, including direct management of senior-level talent and experience building and scaling high-performing teams.
  • • Demonstrated ownership of multi-year strategy and revenue-driving initiatives, with strong financial and analytical acumen to assess pricing, packaging, and ROI.
  • • Strong executive communication skills, with a history of influencing senior stakeholders and presenting complex strategies clearly and persuasively.
  • • Deep understanding of real estate agent workflows, motivations, and pain points, or proven ability to rapidly develop domain expertise in complex B2B environments.
  • • Experience using data and customer insights to inform segmentation, positioning, and product roadmap decisions in fast-moving, competitive markets.
