• • As Director of Professional Services at CaseWare International Inc., you will lead a global team responsible for delivering high-value implementation, training, and consulting services to accounting and audit professionals worldwide, ensuring successful adoption of CaseWare’s industry-leading fintech solutions.
• • Day to day, you will oversee service delivery operations, manage client engagements from scoping to completion, optimize service processes for efficiency and satisfaction, mentor and develop a team of consultants and trainers, and collaborate closely with product, sales, and support teams to align service offerings with customer needs and product roadmaps.
