- • Own the end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-disciplinary digital programs for Fortune 500 clients, ensuring every initiative lands on time, on budget, and above expectations.
- • Lead distributed teams of strategists, designers, engineers, product managers, and data scientists—often spanning 3–5 time zones—while fostering a culture of psychological safety, continuous learning, and relentless client focus.
- • Translate high-level business objectives into executable roadmaps, breaking down multi-million-dollar engagements into clear phases, milestones, and deliverables that can be tracked and communicated to C-suite stakeholders.
- • Act as the primary escalation point for risk, scope, and quality issues, using data-driven insights and scenario planning to keep programs green while protecting both client value and agency margin.
- • Drive rigorous governance: chair weekly steering committees, author executive dashboards, and present program health to boards and investors, distilling technical complexity into concise, decision-ready narratives.
- • Champion agile-at-scale methodologies, tailoring SAFe, Scrum-of-Scrums, or Kanban to the unique cadence of each client, and coaching squads to hit sprint commitments without sacrificing craft or well-being.
- • Build and maintain financial models that forecast revenue, burn, and margin across a portfolio of 5–8 concurrent engagements, partnering with Finance to re-allocate resources and re-negotiate SOWs when assumptions shift.
- • Establish quality gates that marry Huge’s award-winning creative standards with enterprise-grade security, accessibility, and performance benchmarks, ensuring every release meets both brand promise and regulatory requirements.
- • Mentor a bench of senior delivery managers, mapping individual growth plans to emerging market needs (e.g., Web3, composable commerce, AI-driven personalization) and creating pathways for promotion to VP level.
- • Forge strategic alliances with third-party vendors, cloud providers, and systems integrators, negotiating MSAs and SOWs that unlock new capabilities while de-risking delivery.
- • Evangelize Huge’s delivery excellence externally: keynote at industry conferences, publish thought-leadership pieces, and host client workshops that position the agency as the undisputed leader in transformative digital programs.
- • Embed DEI best practices into every program, ensuring team composition, vendor selection, and user-testing panels reflect the diverse audiences our clients serve.
- • Continuously refine delivery playbooks, codifying lessons learned into reusable assets that reduce ramp-up time for future engagements by 30%.
- • Balance remote-first collaboration with quarterly on-site summits, designing rituals that keep culture alive and creativity high across time zones.
- • Report directly to the EVP, Client Services, with a dotted line to the CTO, giving you a seat at the table where strategy, technology, and P&L intersect.
