- • As a Director of Real World Evidence at Precision Medicine Group, you will lead research teams conducting client studies in pharmacy and biotech, serving as a thought leader and consultative expert in health economics and outcomes research (HEOR).
- • Day to day, you will oversee multiple projects as project manager and primary client contact, ensuring quality delivery, managing timelines and financial performance, reviewing deliverables, and making final decisions on study direction and outcomes.
- • You will join a dynamic, industry-leading HEOR team within Precision Medicine Group, a remote-first organization dedicated to improving healthcare outcomes through evidence-based research for pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients.
- • In this role, you will develop leadership and strategic business skills through line management of direct reports, business development involvement, client advisory responsibilities, and shaping study methodologies that influence global healthcare decisions.
🎯 Requirements
- • 8-10 years of experience, with at least four years in a consulting environment
- • Master’s degree in health economics, public policy, health policy, epidemiology, biostatistics, or public health
- • Ability to line-manage and mentor direct reports while ensuring positive staff wellbeing and team dynamics
