- • As an Analyst at Riveron Consulting, you will play a critical role in supporting recruitment operations by ensuring data accuracy, process efficiency, and stakeholder alignment across the hiring lifecycle. Your work directly impacts the quality and speed of talent acquisition, enabling the company to meet its workforce needs with integrity and precision.
- • Day to day, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle—from requisition creation to offer rollout—track open positions and candidate progress, maintain and update applicant tracking system (ATS) data, produce timely dashboards and reports, support hiring forecasts and workforce planning, evaluate sourcing channel effectiveness, coordinate interview scheduling, and provide data-backed insights to recruiters and hiring managers while ensuring compliance with internal policies.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor's degree or related qualification
- • 1-3 years of experience in recruitment
- • Proficiency in managing recruitment workflows and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- • Strong analytical skills with experience tracking recruitment metrics and generating reports
- • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- • High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and confidentiality
