Director, Revenue Cycle

📋 Description

• • As Director, Revenue Cycle at Guidehouse Inc., you will lead transformational change to improve the financial performance and operating efficiency of large healthcare providers, including hospitals, health systems, and physician groups, by delivering high-level consulting services and managing end-to-end client engagements.
• • Day to day, you will lead consulting projects from proposal to execution, develop Statements of Work and project plans, present to client executives, facilitate decision-making, mentor junior staff, establish account management relationships with key decision makers, and provide visible leadership within client accounts and the practice.
• • You will be part of Guidehouse’s Strategy & Transformation Consulting team within the Finance Area, a firm focused on serving healthcare and other complex industries with data-driven, operational, and financial improvement solutions, supporting clients through strategic advisory and implementation.
• • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in healthcare finance, lead large-scale transformation initiatives, build industry alliances, and develop leadership and advisory capabilities while driving measurable financial and operational outcomes for clients.
