- • Lead the strategic direction for revenue cycle management across admissions, payer work, billing, and collections, ensuring scale, quality, and strong client outcomes.
- • Establish clear standards, controls, and performance metrics to ensure clean revenue, adherence to payer rules, and consistent operational execution.
- • Oversee payer contract operations, manage payer updates, and lead audit response initiatives while identifying and eliminating root causes of risk and error.
- • Coach, develop, and mentor revenue cycle leaders, setting measurable goals and cultivating team habits that drive accountability, growth, and high performance.
- • Translate financial and operational data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations for clients and senior leadership teams.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with clinical, finance, technology, compliance, and client teams to align revenue cycle activities with broader business objectives.
- • Champion process improvements, automation initiatives, and system enhancements that reduce manual work, accelerate cash flow, and improve team efficiency.
- • Monitor key financial indicators including receivables, aging, cash flow, payer trends, and regulatory changes to inform prioritization and decision-making.
- • Drive the implementation of new client launches, Ambulatory Infusion Center expansions, and other growth-oriented revenue cycle initiatives.
- • Influence stakeholders across departments without direct authority by clearly communicating complex revenue cycle concepts and securing alignment on strategic priorities.
- • Build and sustain inclusive, high-performing teams that reflect diverse perspectives and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- • Ensure compliance with healthcare billing regulations, reimbursement policies, and financial controls across all revenue cycle functions.
- • Partner with technology and product teams to design and implement system improvements, automated reporting tools, and workflow optimizations.
- • Maintain deep expertise in home infusion revenue cycle operations, including benefit verification, billing accuracy, collections strategies, and payer audit preparation.
- • Apply strong business judgment and data-driven analysis to guide planning, resource allocation, and operational improvements across a complex, multi-client environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • High school diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, healthcare administration, or a related field
- • 8+ years of progressive experience in home infusion revenue cycle management, healthcare operations, financial operations, or a related field
- • Experience leading large, complex teams or work supporting multiple clients
- • Strong knowledge of healthcare billing, reimbursement, payer rules, financial controls, and compliance requirements
- • Proven success leading change, growing teams, or executing large business plans
- • Ability to influence across teams and explain complex topics clearly and practically
