- • Manage end-to-end revenue team operations across all markets, ensuring optimal user experience for internal stakeholders
- • Drive performance improvements across sales, customer success, and marketing platforms, tools, and processes to maximize business efficiency and effectiveness
- • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize Salesforce workflows, objects, fields, business rules, and process flows in alignment with best practices
- • Maintain and manage core Salesforce functional areas including Accounts, Opportunities, Quotes, Dashboards, and Reports
- • Deliver comprehensive enablement, training, communication, and ongoing support to ensure high adoption and user acceptance of Salesforce and other revenue technology tools
- • Deploy and manage quota and target allocations across revenue teams
- • Provide prompt resolution to technical and administrative issues by triaging support requests from sales, customer success, and marketing users
- • Lead key initiatives focused on new customer acquisition, sales productivity, and alignment between Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
- • Partner with the engineering team to build reliable data models that support scalable, hyper-growth analytics infrastructure
- • Conduct regular discovery interviews with internal stakeholders to identify, analyze, and solve complex sales operational challenges, breaking them into actionable, measurable projects
- • Enable revenue leadership with robust reporting and dashboards to inform performance management and target setting
- • Deliver strategic insights derived from data analysis to guide decision-making within revenue teams
- • Directly manage the Sales Ops Administrator and oversee future hires within the Revenue Operations team
- • Own and maintain the full revenue tech stack including Salesforce, Catalyst, Gong, Mixmax, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Dialpad, and other sales enablement platforms
- • Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Excel for modeling, analytics, pivot tables, advanced functions, charts, and graph creation
- • Manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously with strict adherence to deadlines while maintaining meticulous attention to detail
- • Act as a strategic advisor and trusted resource to revenue leaders by combining technical expertise with consultative problem-solving skills
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of technical experience in Sales Operations within a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- • 5+ years of administrative experience with Salesforce and/or HubSpot
- • Exceptional ability to manage internal client relationships using strong consultative skills
- • Advanced proficiency in Excel (models, analytics, pivot tables, advanced functions, charts, graphs)
- • Experience working directly with sales and customer success management teams
- • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting strict deadlines
