- • Lead the Summit team to drive presales success in key industries including Finance and Accounting, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Retail, Energy, and Telecommunications.
- • Partner with Sales Leadership to align UiPath solutions with customer business value and validate technical feasibility of automation use cases.
- • Develop and deploy industry-specific automation plays, assets, and approaches to maximize impact across deal cycles.
- • Direct end-to-end sales activities, creating compelling value propositions tailored to enterprise customer needs.
- • Continuously assess deal patterns and identify bottlenecks to coach the team on advancing complex sales cycles.
- • Deliver contextualized demos and powerful proof-of-concepts (POCs) in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- • Address client concerns around technical capabilities, information security, operating model, program planning, resourcing, and platform architecture to build customer confidence.
- • Maintain high levels of customer engagement, including onsite meetings, to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term loyalty.
- • Conduct workshops, business reviews, and coaching sessions to help customers overcome common operational challenges.
- • Engage in product release cycles to promote new features and provide actionable feedback to the Product team on the roadmap.
- • Identify and develop new automation use cases that align with customers’ strategic business goals and drive platform adoption.
- • Proactively detect and resolve issues that could derail the deal lifecycle before they impact revenue outcomes.
- • Enable customers to become product experts by training their teams on UiPath best practices and fostering self-sufficiency.
- • Collaborate with Industry SMEs to provide prescriptive guidance on high-value automation opportunities.
- • Work closely with Product, Professional Services, and Customer Success teams to translate business needs into scalable customer solutions.
- • Coach and develop Sales Engineers to grow their skills, advance their careers, and improve team performance.
- • Ensure compliance with all UiPath policies communicated through Inside UiPath.
- • Travel up to 25% to meet with customers, conduct workshops, and support key sales initiatives.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience leading a high-performing customer-facing team in presales or strategic consulting.
- • Deep knowledge of at least one industry: Finance and Accounting, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Retail, Energy, or Telecommunications, including prevalent systems and processes.
- • Technical background with hands-on experience in digital technologies and enterprise software platforms.
- • Demonstrated ability to drive revenue through strategic sales support and complex deal execution.
- • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with proven success building strong internal and external relationships.
- • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
