• • As the Director, Scientific Content, PIK, you will be a pivotal leader within Kaplan, driving the creation of high-quality, accredited continuing medical education (CME/CE) content. This role is central to our mission of advancing healthcare through innovative and evidence-based educational solutions for interprofessional healthcare teams.
• • You will serve as the primary scientific authority, continuously monitoring and analyzing critical clinical issues, the latest scientific literature, emerging therapeutic pipelines, and key opinion leaders. This deep understanding will inform the strategic direction of our educational content, ensuring its relevance and impact.
• • A core responsibility is to guarantee that all developed content strictly adheres to the complex web of rules and regulations governing accredited continuing education, including ACCME, ACPE, and ANCC standards. Your expertise will ensure compliance and maintain the integrity of our educational offerings.
• • You will leverage your profound knowledge of instructional design and adult learning theories to craft engaging, effective, and impactful educational strategies. This involves translating complex scientific information into accessible and actionable learning experiences.
• • This role demands leadership in directing project-level outcomes assessment. You will be responsible for developing robust metrics and assessment tools to accurately measure the impact and effectiveness of our educational activities on clinical practice and patient care.
• • You will lead and oversee the entire lifecycle of high-quality educational content development. This encompasses a wide range of multimedia formats, including live events, digital resources, and text-based materials, ensuring a consistent standard of excellence across all platforms.
• • Collaboration is key. You will work closely with internal project teams, external faculty members, and medical writers, fostering a synergistic environment to conceptualize, develop, and execute cutting-edge educational content.
• • While leading a team, you will also be expected to contribute directly by authoring evidence-based, clinically relevant medical content when necessary, demonstrating hands-on expertise and commitment.
