- • Lead and manage a team of Solution Consultants and Solutions Architects across the Asia-Pacific region, aligning presales activities with APAC business objectives and revenue targets.
- • Partner closely with Sales Leaders to plan, forecast, conduct QBRs, and ensure comprehensive presales coverage to drive regional growth and customer acquisition.
- • Collaborate with the Global Leadership team to align presales and Customer Success initiatives, ensuring consistency and scalability across markets.
- • Attract, hire, develop, and retain top-tier talent within the Solutions Consulting organization through coaching, mentorship, and performance management.
- • Directly engage in presales cycles by leading discovery, scoping, and technical validation activities to demonstrate Workato’s platform capabilities to enterprise clients.
- • Drive post-sales success by supporting customer onboarding and adoption to ensure rapid realization of business value from Workato’s automation platform.
- • Serve as a technical and strategic advisor to customers, articulating complex business, technical, and architectural concepts to diverse audiences including business users, IT operations, developers, and senior executives.
- • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Business Development, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to influence product vision and improve customer outcomes.
- • Develop and deliver customer-specific value propositions and implementation roadmaps tailored to enterprise integration and automation needs across multiple verticals.
- • Maintain deep expertise in enterprise integration technologies and platforms, including MuleSoft, Microsoft, Boomi, Oracle, TIBCO, SAP, and Snaplogic.
- • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the Solutions Consulting team, setting the standard for excellence in customer-facing technical roles.
- • Promote a high-performance environment that balances operational rigor with team well-being, reflecting Workato’s values of humility, transparency, authenticity, and results-driven execution.
- • Represent Workato as a thought leader in enterprise automation and iPaaS within the Asia-Pacific market, contributing to regional market expansion and brand credibility.
🎯 Requirements
- • 10+ years of pre-sales experience in a SaaS organization
- • 5+ years of leading and managing diverse teams in a SaaS organization
- • Strong experience in building and scaling presales organizations in the Asia region
- • Strong background in enterprise integration and automation across multiple verticals
- • Experience with enterprise architecture, middleware, and enterprise software platforms including MuleSoft, Microsoft, Boomi, Oracle, TIBCO, SAP, Snaplogic
- • Strong written and oral communication skills in English, with ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
